NEW PENDING STATUS UPDATE

The Pending documents will no longer be updated through the help desk! Follow the rules shared in the Announcement section of your profile.

Please note that effective immediately, we will no longer be using Pending for Consent forms that are not filled out correctly or are missing pages. These items will be issued a fail.​


Please note: 

You will have 3-weeks to update your documents without a charge. After that period, your profile will change to a “Fail” status, and you will have to book a “Follow-Up” review. For students already in Pending, we are giving you until January 15th, 2024, to get your updates in!
